Sauces Part 1: Raw and Fresh

Please join us for this exciting Part 1 of Village Kitchen’s Signature “Contemporary Sauces” Series. Included with your ticket is wine and family-style dinner served at the end of class.
In this first class, we will focus on raw and fresh sauces that are globally inspired, quick, nutritious and bring an entire meal together just using a food processor. We will start with a talk about the science of emulsion, fatty acids and teach critical skills so you can be your own sauce master at home. Most of these delicious sauces will incorporate nuts and other healthy fats to accommodate the growing interest in Vegan and Vegetarian Cuisines, but the sauces themselves work beautifully with proteins as well.
Beginner and All Levels welcome.
